Slumberbee Schedules (3 Months-Toddler)
If you don’t plan to take my full gentle sleep training course, but are looking for some guidance on the best sleep schedule and daily routine for your little one, look no further than Slumberbee Schedules!
The right schedule is the most important factor when it comes to your baby’s sleep, so these schedules will help improve your baby’s sleep even if you don’t plan on doing any sleep training at all. If you love rocking or feeding your baby to sleep, following the best schedule for their development will still help their sleep improve, although not to the extent that gentle sleep training will.
I created these schedules and wake windows based on my personal experience as a sleep consultant, mom of 3, longtime nanny, and also used the available data and research on baby & toddler sleep. These schedules are designed to maximize day feedings, naps, and your baby’s natural sleep pressure for the best day and night sleep possible for your little one!

My schedules include:
Suggested feeding times for solids, formula, or breastmilk
Sample schedules for every possible wake time
Age-based wake windows
Guidance on how late the last nap of the day should be by age
Suggested ideal bedtimes for each age range
Recommended total hours of day sleep or night sleep by age
Separate schedules for formula-fed babies and breastfed babies
